Have you had any experience with astrology, do you believe it is accurate?
Suggestion by markieboy
No. I used to try astrology and similar stuff but it did not work. Watch programmes by Derren Brown to see how people think it works. (eg see link)
Astrology is, like psychics, mediums, etc, simply not true. It hits a few right things, and they’re the predictions that we remember. We forget or ignore all the stuff that is wrong.
You can test it for yourself. Go to an astrologer. Write down everything she or he tells you will happen to you. Give it to someone else to keep. Go back after the allotted time and get someone else to ask you about the various predictions (don’t do it alone, as again you will unconsciously notice the stuff they got right and ignore the stuff they got wrong!)

Hi, I am fourteen and want to become some what of a unique teen. (Read on).?
I want to set myself out very organized and use my mind powerfully. Basically I have started to study nonverbal communication (Body language), Psychology, Sociology, Hypnosis, am aware of NLP and EFT techniques. (Still not 100% certain these techniques are genuine, but I am pretty much convinced). I want to take a large adventure into the mind, and I need YOU, aha, yes you to help me with this. I need some subjects and topics to help me with my journey. Helping with my body language, my positive mind set. Anything that will help me gain control, and order my life in a positive manor. You know Derren Brown? You watch The Mentalist? You watch The Real Hustle? You watch Lie To Me? Well I want to be a ‘Brainy Jerk’ 🙂 Hehe. I am the shine of light and you are the flame… So basically I need your flame to set my candle off… Can you help me? Good :)… Any other topics I should study to get what I want in life? Or to be very trickster-ish and good with people?
T.V shows might not be real, but the psychological techniques they use are real.

Do not look up to actors and media: celebrities, etc.
Not so unique when you look at that way…

Wow. How about bring your head out of the clouds, plant your feel firmly on the ground, and slap yourself with reality. TV shows are NOT real, nor are they based on reality. Start with growing up…
Maybe the basic principles are real, but they are still not entirely accurately used or manipulated. Don’t let yourself get too wrapped up in media and fantasy on TV. They don’t portray the facts and ideals that they don’t want to…even channels like Discovery and Animal Planet are guilty of that…
The best way to get yourself more well rounded is just experience all you can (within reason). Don’t look at movies and TV for that. Look at books and research. If you want to become more well rounded, that’s the way to do it. There IS no such thing as short cuts in life. If there were, everyone would do it…
