Can atheists believe in ghosts, psychics, the supernatural or aliens?
I don’t believe in god, but I’m not sure of what to classift myself as. I do, however, believe in ghosts, the supernatural, psychics, and aliens/UFOs. Am I an Atheist or Secular Humanist?

ghosts are demons which are part of satan…
it makes no sense for them to do so since GOD MADE ALL ANGELS…satan was one of them.

I don’t know what you are.

But it would peculiar in practice.
EDIT: Life on other planets is reasonable, based on the probabilities that it exists. Anything “supernatural” has as much support as God does.

If someone is usually crazy isnt there always a name for what is wrong with them?
For instance if you take a person, and even though a psychiatrist has said they are perfectly normal, can it still be possible that they are crazy, or maybe they have something but the psychiatrist is not picking up on it? Like for instance my sister thinks my friend Louis who is a psychic is crazy even though he is perfectly normal.

Yes it can happen
Suggestion by aWellWisher
Like they say, it is difficult to find a perfectly normal person.
Every one of us has some complex or the other and that makes us normal!
If someone is harmful to others because of them, it needs investigations & treatment.

We are all crazy in our own way to someone else. That’s what makes us unique. Thank goodness there are other people in this world who appreciate the craziness in us and accept us as individuals, otherwise we would all be single and/or alone.
Give your answer to this question below!
[Two Part Questions] Can you explain to me what a psychic is? Can a psychic sense lies and the truth?
So I’m 15 and I’m writing a book, and I’d like to know the answer to these follow questions but before I began I’m writing a story about a 15 year old girl who is indeed a psychic and can see all spirits and demons in all shapes and forms, she can also see her (decease) father and (decease) best friend. Her aunt is also a psychic.
So here are my questions:
Can a psychic sense when a person is lying or telling the truth? Or when someone is hurt or happy can a psychic sense things like this?
Is a psychic capable of communicating with a spirit?
Can a psychic see in the past and the future? Like if something was to happen could a psychic predict it?
Does a psychic have out of body experiences?
What is a psychic?
I would like for all my questions to be answer because I wanted my story to be a bit interesting and some of my questions I wanted to add in my book.
If you don’t have anything nice to say than don’t say it at all! I feel bad that your mother haven’t taught you that yet!
Two the story ain’t about me okay I’m writing sorry if it’s not what you want so don’t answer a question if your plain immature!
Next you know that movies twilight my question is to you is there such a thing as vampires (I don’t see any) is there such things as a werewolves (once again don’t seem them) so stop crushing dreams up here and try and answer a question just like the other two people did dumba$ $

As someone with very loose supernatural beliefs who also has way too many coincidences for it to be accidental, let me explain in a very long answer that’s only meant to help you:
Answers to your questions:
-Any person can tell if someone is lying or masking a certain emotion. All you have to do is look deeply into their eyes and read them carefully. You don’t need to be psychic to have this skill.
-I’ve never communicated with spirits but I do believe that ghosts are attracted to certain people more than others, depending on who has the strongest psychic energy. They won’t come up to you and ask what your favorite sandwich is, but they’ll manipulate things around you to show that they’re there, and that they want your attention. A psychic would probably ask for signs, and ask questions that can only be answered by these ‘signs’.
-Seeing into the past is probably something that does’t exist unless you have historic coincidences. Seeing into the future, however, is very possible. If you’re in tune with the universe you can very easily predict what a person will say or do next. I haven’t mastered this but I’m quite good at finishing other people’s sentences, even if it’s out of context with the initial conversation. Deja Vu plays a big factor, and occasionally prophetic dreams.
-Absolutely. All the time. I think I get my energy from my mother, who had an out of body experience in which she left her sleeping body, hovered above and danced with the spirit of her deceased husband. The closest I’ve come to ‘out of body’ is tuning out of reality, and suddenly hearing voices and sound effects that aren’t really there. Mainly sounds you’d hear at a busy intersection. And as soon as you move, they disappear.
-A psychic is not just defined by tarot cards and palm readings, which is widely stereotyped. They don’t make predictions based on hunches or gut feelings. A psychic can and should only make a completely pure answer if they can feel the energy being provoked within them, pulling them in a certain answer’s direction. As far as seeing into the future, for the most part it’s completely accidental and hard to control. You can’t do it at will unless you’re a professional. Being psychic is all about your relationship with reality and fantasy, with thoughts and emotions, and how close you are with spirits. You have to become one with the world before you can start avidly telling everyone what it’s going to do next.
That’s the best information I can hand out. Good luck.

You are a 15 year old girl who is either telling a tall tale or is delusional. Since you don’t even know the definition of a psychic and you search on here for your answers instead of learning anything you should learn to write such a story, feel free to write whatever you want. Readers are willing to suspend belief, but when the author has that as a mindset, readers won’t anyway.
It’s sad that your aunt won’t tell you the truth.
